Selena Will Not Be Releasing Any Music With Nick Jonas

Even though the news would probably make fans go wild, Selena Gomez informed E! News that she would not be making any music with ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas.

Selena and Nick, both Disney stars, have tried the whole dating thing twice, but both times have broken it off. Selena is part of the group Selena Gomez and The Scene while Nick is part of the Jonas Brothers as well as his own group Nick Jonas and the Administration.

Selena Gomez, “I Love Nick Jonas”

Selena The Morning Call interview. On new album: ‘Everything is a little bit more mature. But I think not in any other way [than] the lyrics are just stronger, the music is better, it’s bigger. And I think that it’s showing the type of growth, but more in a youthful way. And I think that the album artwork is a lot different.

It’s older, and it’s in a way of like fantasy and it goes along with everything I’ve been doing. I really did want to kind of move on and do more songs because I was kind of past mine, although I still love mine and perform my first album. But it was just I was really ready for a new one.’

On singing ‘Rock God’ written by Katy Perry who also sings background: ‘It is so much fun. It’s very soulful and it’s kind of got her flair mixed in with my dance kind-of-a-little techno vibe. So it was really amazing and I really loved it. I was extremely honored, ’cause I’m a huge fan or hers.’

On performing with Lilith Fair: ‘They asked me to be part of the Lilith Fair, and I thought it was a joke at first. Cause I look online when I have favorite musicians or people that I look up, they’ve done Lilith Fair. So I was really, really thrilled. I was completely shocked.’

On Monte Carlo: ‘It’s more PG-13, it’s not like inappropriate, it’s just more of a teen comedy. A romantic comedy thing about three girls that go away to Paris and they want to have a vacation of their life and it ends up being a disaster and they all fall in love with different people and have different story lines. It was a really fun role.’

On dating Nick Jonas: ‘I love him. I’m very, very glad that all of that’s in the past and that I can move forward. It’s very difficult, but ..I love him, he’s great.’ Dating anyone now? ‘I’m not looking. I’m very happily single and enjoying being 18 and just think boys are kind of not an option at the moment, ’cause I’m kind of really busy. But that’s OK. I think boys give me a little bit of a headache.’

Selena Gomez Covers Selena Quintanilla



Selena Gomez gets into the groove as she belts out “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom,” one of Selena Quintanilla’s biggest hits during her concert on Sunday night (February 7) at the San Antonio Rodeo.

The 17-year-old actress, wearing an Armani Exchange black sequined vest, who was named after the slain Latina popstar has once said, “My dad and family loved her. So when my mother got pregnant with me, he wanted to name me Selena, after her. As I got older and could understand why I was named after her, I went to go visit her grave and where she used to perform.”

And yes, Selena’s rumored boyfriend Nick Jonas was in the audience supporting her. Check out the vid below!

On Selena coming to his concert: ‘I think that when it comes to things like that, I enjoy the show, I enjoy the time that we have together and let them do their thing and I’ll do mine, I guess. [It's] not so much a surprise. The thing that’s kind of funny to me is the fact that I’m still very young, and as far as a relationship, it’s kind of young stuff, and people being interested in that is funny to me, but it’s all good. It’s flattering, and that’s how you have to look at it.’

NELENA back together? (PART 2)

Were not sure if this rumor is true.

Clever TV is reporting that Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez are back together! Apparently, the two spent some time together over the holidays in Selena’s home state of Texas (Nick is from New Jersey). It’s possible, of course, that Nick and Selena simply spent some time together as friends – the two used to be quite close! Both Disney kids with new musical endeavors in the New Year, perhaps the pair are working on a new duet!

Nick also dated Selena’s sometimes friend Miley Cyrus back in the day – wonder who he liked more! A while back, Nick and Selena told magazine reporters about their first kiss – apparently, she doesn’t usually kiss on the first date, but Nick “broke the rules.”

“While we were slow dancing, my crush and I had our first kiss,” Gomez, 16, tells Twist magazine in its September issue. “I said, ‘I don’t kiss on the first date.’ Then he said, “Well, I never really play by the rules.”

And Jonas, 15, tells Girl’s Life magazine in its June/July issue: “On one date, the girl said to me, ‘I don’t kiss on the first date.’ So I said, ‘I don’t follow the rules.’ Ooooh! It was so good!”
